I do hope they understand what they have done. But damage is done. Both ways.. no compensation to the people who suffered will make a difference.
Just remembering a short story from Jeffrey Archer - and a quote about Air France.
"Air France will go any length to get an additional customer". So true. Though didnt feel that they could go this low.
